As once again the wolf goes off howling. Here's a little bit of fun I just dealt with, which I thought folks might find interesting, of not necessarily pleasant or appealing. It might be enlightening to some of the folks who wonder why some of us creative types are so cranky and clannish some times. This is the sort of crap an artist or writer has to go through some days. After noting an especially atrocious, bad colour-job of a Brian O'Connell pencil-sketch, which not only didn't have his name on it, but had someone else's name as the artist, on one of the furry erotic image newsgroups, I posted the following message;

I certainly hope you delete them. And it would be nice if you gave a litle credit where credit was due. That's nothing but a traced, poorly colourized version of an image by Brian O'Connell (originally called ToonHeat). For shame!

Hmmm, your name seem familiar. Just a look at Furnation... yep, you are there and.. Oh! What i see? 3/4 of what you posted on your web site and mirror sites is still in that lifeless black and white! How can you be pissed by what someone's choice of colors when you don't even colorize most of your works yourself? Did you do that so when someone will colorize your artwork, you will critisize him? And since you're at it, i can crtisize too your colors is good but your drawing style is bad and poorly applicated. Don't like my opinion? Neither we (me and some others) like yours.
Now to give credit. Of course i would be happy to do so, but how can i do so when for most of the signatures in the pics are not recognizable, readable or non-existent? like many of us, i got thoses by looking at this newsgroup or received by some friends. The same thing about the name file how can i know the real name when i got it this way, like most of the pics sent in newsgroups anyway?
Finaly, a friend of mine have noticed something you only seem to show your muzzle and critisize when it's related to Spiderman Jr. Did you critics other's people bad colors? No. Did you complaint about other's posting lack of credits or file name changes? No. So what is your problem with him? What Spiderman Jr have done to you to be at the warpath each time he shown itself or his colorized pics? Your problem seem personnal and i would prefer it's stay that way.
